Mandatory blog post by child – Callum

I am forcing my children to write something.  Thought it might be good to brush off their visual cortex before returning to school next week.  Here is the second in a four part series.

Vacation was like an adventure. First we were at the Easter Islands and we were like woah! Then we were at Tahiti and we were like woooooooohoooo! We went in the water and there were fishys and bubbles.  Then we went to Australia and we went to watch Oprah but there was a opera instead so we were like BOOOOOOOOO!  So we went to Carins which they pronounce cans and we went to the big coral reef and I was like woooooooow!  The we went on a safari and we were like “whoaoaoaoaoh look at the lion!” the we went to England but that was too boring so we decided to go to Ireland and we went to a beach and we went to a castle and we saw a bike race and we also saw a different castle and we also watch Cars 2 with our little cousin and we were like whahahahahhahahahahahh.  Then we went on a plane back to NYC and I watched some movies on the plane. When we arrived our friends picked us up and went to our house but then there was an earthquake and hurricane and we lost all of our power.

  1. Whoaaaaaa. Wooowwwww. 🙂 What a vacation! Sounds like fun. Great idea to have your kid post something. My own mother used to make us write about our vacations because they’d do wonderufl things for us and then ask what we did and we’d tell people “not much.”
ps-As a mom you’ll appreciate this Mom’s Guide to Caring for Little Teeth (http://www.1dental.com/moms-guide/). It’s got a section for older kids as well up to the teen years on how to help their teeth stay healthy. Good stuff.
