Where in the world is this? (Day 34)

Doesn’t Conde Nast do a feature like this?  It’s the N3 near Moii River in the East Cape of South Africa.  We knew that with 13 countries, 20 flights and various other forms of transportation that we couldn’t expect all our logistics to run without a hiccup.  After surviving benign delays due to volcanic ash and a pilot’s strike, who would have thought a unprecedented snow storm would require us to drive 250 kilometers in the opposite direction of where we wanted to be and take a flight from Durban to Johannesburg because all roads where closed down and we needed to get to Johannesburg if we wanted to get to Zambia this week.  So we had a not so leisurely drive through snow and then torrential rain to get back so we can travel as planned to Zambia.  We made the flight, are back at Arthur’s and have a late morning flight to Livingstone.  All is right with the world.
